Near-Future, Post-Apocalyptic/Post-Collapse Earth analogue world in the year 2247. Advanced technology is common among the city-states, but rarer in the wastelands. Such as AI, robotics, cybernetics, drones, bioengineering and renewable energies. One hundred and twenty years after a world-wide climate crisis caused global instability, famines, wars, conflicts and mass displacement of the population. The old world’s governments have collapsed.
Modern Earth with fantasy elements. The supernatural and mundane have always existed side by side. Almost every imaginable mythical creature can be found throughout the world. Mystical creatures have inherent magical abilities and powers, but magic itself is rare for more common, mortal beings. Mages and sorcerers are tightly controlled and must be registered with a several centuries old global organization dubbed “L’Association de la Flamme et des Entraves” aka “LAFE.
Eisenvelte
Soft Sci-fi. Dieselpunk, Similar to a World War II, Early to mid-twentieth century era Earth. In addition to period technology, there are diesel/gasoline/battery-powered robots, cyborgs, human piloted mechanized armor (“Mechs”) and airships. An interdimensional, parasitic, hive-structured alien species dubbed “Myxocarnis” (colloquially “Myxos”) invaded from a different dimension, killing and collecting humans.
